We learn the ins and outs of digital photography, cultivate ourselves as individual and collaborative artists engaged in our community, and share our perspectives about growing up and living in the city of Easthampton. We create and make use of many opportunities to demonstrate our progress to the community - presenting during the Easthampton Art Walk, at cooperative events with YAC’s other Arts-for-Change programs, and by working with community members, local businesses and organizations interested in providing spaces, resources, and support to express our thoughts and visions. We also offer avenues for motivated participants to become peer leaders, committed to actively taking on organizational and mentorship roles and serving as stakeholders guiding the vision and progress of E'town and YAC.

Originally piloted in the Spring of 2010, E'Town Rising continues this year in collaboration with JUMP, the Easthampton High School 21st Century After School Program.
